 Patricia P. Wood is CEO of Bank Broker/Dealer Solutions and has over twenty years experience in the securities industry. She began her career in the operations area of a major wirehouse. Throughout the last two decades she has held positions across both sales and operations. For the last six years her tenure as President of a regional bank brokerage program has afforded her the practical experience to know what environmental and compliance needs of a bank broker/dealer program are. Ms. Wood's firm specializes in working with Bank and Credit Union Investment Programs.
Ms. Wood graduated from Trinity College of Vermont receiving a Associates Degree in Business Administration. Ms. Wood maintains her NASD Series 7, 24, 53, 63, 66, Vermont Life Licenses and maintains the Certified Trust and Financial Advisior Designation (CTFA). Ms. Wood has participated in numerous other industry educational programs.
Ms. Wood recently held the position of Board Chairperson for King Street Youth Center. King Street Youth Center is a Vermont Non-Profit Organization providing services to children within the Burlington Community. Ms. Wood also serves on the Vermont Council on Economic Education Board. Her firm maintains both an American Banker Association Service Membership and Bank Insurance and Securities Associate Membership.
